Parkland school bus driver

Dorothy "Dot" E. Krumanocker, 87, of Allentown, died May 30, 2013, in St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem.

She was the widow of Lawrence A. Krumanocker.

Born in Fogelsville, she was a daughter of the late George P.D. and Beulah M. (Krause) Knappenberger.

She was a school bus driver for the Parkland School District for more than 10 years.

A member of St. Timothy's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown, she was a Sunday School teacher and youth group leader for many years.

She was also active in the Women of the ELCA of St. Timothy's and the Koinonia Fellowship group.

An avid bowler, she was active in the Rialto and Jordan women's bowling leagues for many years, on championship teams many times.

Her survivors include daughters Linda A. Toggart of Bethlehem, and Susan L., wife of William Roberts, of Allentown.

She was predeceased by a sister Arlene (Hemerly Hunsicker) Moyer.

Her memorial service will be 6 p.m. June 6, at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, 140 S. Ott St., Allentown, with the Rev. Paul D. Braden officiating.

Visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
