Melvin L. “Mike” Wilson, 82, of Allentown, died Oct. 2, 2017, at home.

He and his wife Hope (Davis) Wilson were married 21 years in February. He was also the husband of the late Barbara J. (Blose) Wilson.

Born in Salisbury, Md., he was a son of the late Howard L. and Gwendolyn R. (Elliott) Wilson.

The senior operations supervisor and trainer for LANta for 37 years, he enjoyed spending time with his family and taking trips to the casino.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Kellie Bartholomew and husband, Scott, of Breinigsville, Vicki Bennett and husband, Robert, of New Tripoli, Deborah Pummer and husband, Larry, of Coopersburg, and stepdaughter Brooke Dries of Allentown; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
