Wu also won a pair of matches, beating Bangor’s Morgan Putvinski 6-0, 6-0 and then knocking off No. 7 see Stewart 7-5, 6-0. Wu lost in the quarterfinals to the tournament’s No. 2 seed, Tashanna Smith (Freedom) 6-0, 6-1. Smith is slated to play Easton’s Elessa Jacobs in Thursday’s finals.
