Manito riders take home the gold at Devon Horse Show

Eleven students’ from Manito Equestrian Center, South Whitehall Township, recently participated in this year’s Devon Horse Show.

This prestigious show had its therapeutic riding division at Thorncroft Equestrian Center, Malvern.

The show had 145 competitors and 50 classes, including equitation, dressage and trail.

Manito Life Center’s show team took home five first- and fourth-place wins; four third-place wins, three second- and sixth-place wins; and two fifth-place wins.

Manito winners include:

Allison O’Connor: Division 3 Equitation, placed first; Division 3 Dressage, placed fifth.

Aidan Gill: Division 3 Equitation, placed second; Division 3 Dressage, placed fourth.

Karly Myers: Division 2 Equitation, placed first; Division 2 Dressage, placed second.

Mackenzie Eisenhart: Division 1 Equitation, placed second; Division 1 Dressage, placed fourth.

Matthew Mazziotta: Division 2 Equitation, placed first; Division 2 Dressage, placed fifth.

Cecilia Kohn: Division 2 Equitation, placed third: Division 2 Dressage, placed fourth.

Sara Miller: Division 1 Equitation, placed first; Division 1 Dressage placed third.
