Parkland girls XC improves to 6-0

The Parkland girls cross country team went 3-0 at a meet last week to remain undefeated on the season at 6-0. The Trojan boys team went 2-1 at the meet and headed into this week at 5-1 overall.

The Parkland girls team beat Easton, Nazareth and Northampton at the meet. The Trojan boys team fell to Nazareth but earned victories over Easton and Northampton.

Parkland’s boys team was led by Ethan Warren’s fifth-place finish. The Trojans’ Nate Reimer took seventh place, followed by Logan Iacobelli (ninth), Benjamin Esquieres (14th), Christian Dzema (17th) and Nate Kunz (18th) to round out Parkland’s top five.

Parkland’s girls team was led by Lauren Williams’ third-place finish. She was followed by teammates Brooke Labenberg (fourth), Elena Wenger (seventh), Ava Bendetti (10th) and Stephanie Snyder (12th).
