Harold William Moyer, 87, of South Whitehall Township, died Dec. 6, 2012, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
He was the husband of the late Grace Moyer.
Born in Slatington, he was the son of the late Charles and Lena (Breitenstein) Moyer.
He worked at Bell Laboratories, later AT&T, from which he received the Clinton J. Davidsson trophy for a patent in the area of microelectronics.
He will be remembered for his inventiveness and craftsmanship, especially building his own home, woodworking craftsmanship and clock making.
Lehigh Valley Sweet Adelines Chorus will present "Christmas Cards to the Lehigh Valley," a fun and festive holiday performance for the entire family, 2:30 p.m. Dec. 15, in the social hall of SS. Simon and Jude, 730 W. Broad St., Bethlehem.
A reception of Christmas cookies and hot beverages will follow the event.

This one-hour show promises to delight with traditional Christmas songs and carols delivered in four-part harmony with the Lehigh Valley Sweet Adelines' upbeat style.
