PUBLIC NOTICE SALISBURY TOWNSHIP BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Salisbury Township Building Code Board of Appeals on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM on the property of Western Salisbury Fire Department at 3425 Eisenhower Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18103. The hearing will be for the following appeal: 1250 South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Twp, Lehigh Co, PA (No. 20-0117) Review the appeal of MKSD Architects, on behalf of Lehigh Valley Health Network, requesting relief from the 2015 International Building Code Section 1024.1 requiring "an exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose other than as a means of egress and circulation path".
