PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUANCE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the continuance of a public hearing will be conducted on October 10th, 2019 at the Allen Township Municipal Building, located at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067, at 9:00 a.m., to hear testimony and consider an appeal filed by Kay L. Krapf and K&H Development, LLC (the "Appellants") of the alleged determinations or determinations of the Township Engineer, pursuant to Section 909.1(b)(6) of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The appeal pertains to certain stormwater management alleged determinations or determinations made by the Township Engineer stated in a letter dated December 26, 2018, regarding an application submitted by the Appellants to Allen Township on December 21, 2018, which proposed development of a property owned by Kay L. Krapf located along Atlas Road. Said property is further identified by the Appellant as Northampton Tax Map Parcel numbers L4-15-11 and L4-12-4. The subject of the hearing will be the request of: 1. APPEAL No. 2019-01 Gary York is required to appear before the Borough of North Catasauqua Zoning Hearing Board for a Special Exception Hearing, which if granted would permit a Multi-family residential conversion at 1221 3rd Street. The property is located in the R3 (Multi-family Residential Zoning District). The proposed use is found in the North Catasau-qua Zoning Ordinance, Article 4 ( Permitted Land Uses per District); Section 403 (R3 Multi-family Residential District); 1.3 (Uses by Special Exception); R-9 (Residential Conversion).
