PUBLIC NOTICE THE CATASAUQUA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive sealed bids in the District Administration Office, 201 North 14th Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032 until 1:30 PM (prevailing time), Thursday, June 7, 2018 for up to one (1) new conventional style CE Model diesel school bus (or approved equal). The bus may be either 72 or 77/78 passenger vehicles and may be 2019 or 2020 model year vehicles. The school district reserves the right to acquire, one vehicle, or no vehicles. The school district is seeking delivery on or before October 16, 2018 a price for each of the following (1) purchase price for an immediate purchase; and (2) total payments under a sixty-month lease. PUBLIC NOTICE ALLEN TOWNSHIP MS4 POLLUTION REDUCTION PLAN FOR STORMWATER DISCHARGES Pursuant to the requirements of the Allen Township MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) permit application, a copy of the draft Allen Township Pollutant Reduction Plan for stormwater discharges of nutrients and sediment to local surface waters for the Dry Run Creek, Hokendauqua Creek, Catasauqua Creek and Lehigh River Watersheds are available for public review on the Township website at www.allentownship.org and by request at the Allen Township Municipal Building located at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067.
