Couple celebrates

50th wedding anniversary

Bill and Sandi Schultz of Scottsdale, Ariz., recently celebrated their golden anniversary. They were married Nov. 24, 1962, in Zionsville.

They have been blessed with four wonderful children: Tammy Hemmis, Mike Schultz, Kellie Richards and Dean Schultz.

They also cherish their five grandchildren: Colby, Courtney, Will, Shelby and Michael.

They have lived in Scottsdale since 1989, but visit Emmaus often.


LIHEAP applications now being accepted

Eligible Pennsylvania residents are encouraged to apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program state Rep. Gary Day, R-187th, has announced.

LIHEAP helps low-income people pay their heating bills through home energy assistance grants and crisis grants.
