Richard L. Craig Sr., 80, of Weissport, died Oct. 7, 2019, in Weatherwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Weatherly, Carbon County.

He was the husband of Ruby G. (Christman) Craig.

Born March 14, 1939, in Charleston, Coles County, Ill., he was the son of the late James L. and Mary L. (Johnson) Craig.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Richard L. Jr., and Calvin, Pamela and Paul Craig; and a stepson, Brian Christman.

His service will be private. There will be no calling hours.

He and his wife, Doris M. (Pfeifly) Baush, were married 56 years this past August.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Clair R. and Mildred (Leiby) Baush.

He was a member of the Tractor Club and enjoyed antique tractors.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children John D. Jr. (Kathy), Lisa Gross (Dean), Susan Frederic (Chris); and grandchildren, Daniel and Katelin Gross.

V. Lucille Warmkessel, 98, of Fogelsville, died on Oct. 2, 2019, at home.

She was the widow of Dr. Carl A. Warmkessel, who died in 1976.

Born in Craigsville, Va., she was a daughter of the late James and Mattie (Glover) Martin.

She was a bank teller for the former Fogelsville National Bank for many years, and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Fogelsville.

She and her husband, Richard E. Smith Jr., were married 20 years in July.

Born in Danville, she was a daughter of Shirley (DeFiore) McCormick of Allentown and the late Frank McCormick.

She was last employed as an administrative assistant for Clim-A-Temp Inc., Catasauqua.

She and her husband were members of the Emmanuel Reformed Church, Lincolnton.

Mae E. Fenstermaker, 91, of Macungie, formerly of Fogelsville, died Oct. 2, 2019, in Phoebe Home, Allentown.

She and her husband Robert F. Fenstermaker were married 70 years this past January.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Emma Marsteller.

She was a member of Ziegels United Church of Christ, Breinigsville.

A member of the Red Hat Society, she volunteered with Meals on Wheels, and had a great love for nature and gardening.

Christine C. Parks, 75, of Saint Clair, Schuylkill County, formerly of New Ringgold, died Sept. 29, 2019, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg campus, Bethlehem.

She was the wife of the late William R. Parks.

Born Dec. 13, 1943, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Charles S. and Arvilla (Cope) Krosecz.

She was a licensed cosmetologist for many years before retiring.

Her survivors include children William S. Parks, Linda S. Williams; and grandsons Brandon C. and Byron C. Parks.

Harry C. Kuhns, 78, of Allentown, died Sept. 22, 2019, in Lehigh Valley Hospital.

He and his wife, Genevieve M. (Lawrence) Kuhns, were married 54 years in June.

Born in Wescosville, he was a son of the late Robert F. and Eleanore B. (Keller) Kuhns.

He was a material technician for Mack Trucks for more than 39 years before retiring.

A member of Lehigh Lodge 326, Macungie, he served in the U.S. Army.

Lukas W. Roberts Jr., treasured son of Lukas W. Roberts Sr. and Caitlyn J. Weslosky of Catasauqua, was born Sept. 18, 2019, at 4:18 a.m. in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

His family was blessed with almost two hours with Lukas before he went to his heavenly home at 6 a.m.

His life was a brief, but precious gift, and he will forever be held in the hearts of his family.

The son of Louis F. and Dorothy E. (Dreisbach) Schaffer of Orefield, he was a self-employed sales representative for electrical equipment companies.

He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Orefield.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother Joel Schaffer of Orefield; sisters Cheryl Levan (Dennis) of Massachusetts and Lucille Hampton (Russ) of Florida.

Richard H. Stewart, 80, of Coplay, died Sept. 22, 2019, in St. Luke’s Hospice House, Lower Saucon Township.

He and his wife, Patricia L. (George) Stewart, were married 57 years.

Born July 2, 1939, in Breinigsville, he was the son of the late Harry W. and Evelyn (Souders) Stewart.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era.

A tractor-trailer driver for Precision Roll Grinders, Kuhnsville, for 33 years, he retired in 2004.

Before that, he worked at the former Standard Plastics.
