State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Maher Makhoul, 29, of Allentown, was allegedly under the influence of alcoholic and causing a disturbance at 9:20 a.m. June 16 inside the Top Star convenience store, 5626 Route 145, North Whitehall Township.
A citation was filed against Makhoul for public drunkenness with District Judge Jack Hammond, South Whitehall Township.
Upper Macungie Township Police say a 38-year-old California man reported two credit cards, a pair of sunglasses and money were stolen between June 15 and 9:05 a.m. June 22 from his hotel room at Hampton Inn, 7471 Keebler Way.

Police say a 48-year-old woman, of Kemmerer Lane, reported her car was rummaged through and CDs, sunglasses and cigarettes were stolen sometime between 7 p.m. June 23 and 8:20 a.m. the next day.
for defiant trespass
According to a police report received June 6, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say two car doors were stolen 12:44 a.m. on May 11 from a Dumpster in a parking lot at Lehigh Career Technical Institute, 4500 Education Drive, North Whitehall Township.
Taken were a white front driver's side door from a Ford Crown Victoria and a white front passenger side door from a Ford Focus.

Copper pipe stolen
Woodlawn firefighters respond to a fuel oil spill at the intersection of Church and Hausman roads, South Whitehall.
Police say a 54-year-old woman from Haaf Road, Upper Macungie, reported at 7:45 a.m. June 3 several pieces of jewelry were discovered stolen during the overnight hours.
Police say a 19-year-old man from Haaf Road, Upper Macungie, reported his silver 2005 Dodge neon was stolen between 1-7:40 a.m. June 11.
Firefighters from three South Whitehall fire stations, Cetronia, Green-awalds and Woodlawn, responded just after 8 a.m. June 8 to a kitchen fire at 1120 Glick Ave., South Whitehall.
Arriving at the scene and seeing smoke coming from the dwelling, Command Officer Rusty Held, chief of Woodlawn Fire Station, immediately called for additional units from Western Salisbury Fire Department, whose fire district abuts the scene of the fire, and for a Rapid Intervention Team from Alburtis.
A 19-year-old Breinigsville man was arrested June 5 after he allegedly threatened to kill a male student at Parkland High School, South Whitehall .
According to the affidavit of probable cause obtained from District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall, Police Officer Benjamin Porobenski, school resource officer, said he was notified around 7:40 a.m. that day Nicholas Luke Ibarra of 1307 Windmill Lane was on school property and a female student was upset by his presence.
Firefighters from Woodlawn, Fogelsville and Western Salisbury fire departments, along with an EMS unit from Cetronia Ambulance Corps, responded at 2:30 p.m. on May 28 to a working tractor trailer fire on I-78 East, just west of the Hamilton Boulevard interchange.
Initial reports from Lehigh County 911 radio indicated a tractor trailer was on the shoulder of the road with a brake fire on the trailer.
Western Salisbury Fire Chief Josh Wells reported seeing heavy smoke from the Hamilton Boulvevard on-ramp as he traveled west toward the fire.
Upper Macungie Township police say Jennifer Miles of Topton reported at 7:05 p.m. May 29 she accidently left her wallet at McDonald's, 6896 Hamilton Blvd., Upper Ma-cungie.
The wallet was mailed to Miles but $350 she said was inside was missing.
McDonald's General Manager Mark MacKenzie told police the wallet was turned in without any money inside, say police.

Residents and businesses that already have landline telephone connections through providers such as Verizon, Frontier and Ironton, are automatically included in this free notification system.
Those with other services and devices are encouraged to sign-up for notification.
